Recipe: Mustard-Soy Chicken
From: Cel's mom (originally a magazine clipping, with some changes)
Serves: 4
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
Combine first 5 ingredients and marinate chicken about 1 hour, turning several times. Grill. Or bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min., until no longer pink.
Notes:
Easy and tasty. Needs a side dish more interesting than plain rice, though, since it has no sauce. A vegetable fried rice would be good, or buttered noodles with sesame seeds plus a mixed vegetable dish.
