That sounds like a good plan, but I think you should vary the fasting. It's better to eat and then fast to keep the metabolism up. 1-2 fast a month is better than fasting the entire month (I mean, a 1 month fast is supposedly really good for cleansing the system, but doing it too often is bad).

I've got a lot of body fat and the fasting will take it right off. My metabolism is already shot. I can eat lettuce and gain weight from it, lol. I'm not sure what I'm planning on doing right now, but I'm going to be just restricting for now. :)
