[ Himari had caught a cold and to the older Takakura sibling (not counting Kanba of course) -- Himari being sick, well, it doesn't sit well with him. He made sure to keep his younger sister wrapped up in blankets on the couch with a cloth that was soaked in warm water over her forehead. If Himari moved around too much, especially with her frail condition already .. Shoma didn't want her getting worse. So, as any brother who dearly loves his little sister would do, he went to work away in the kitchen. Because, of course, it's one of the things he does best

[when Shoma brings in the soup, Himari’s eyes widen slightly and she lets out a soft ‘haaah’, moving just a bit so she can carefully pick the bowl up. her eyes fall shut as she takes her first sip of it, and she can’t help the way her lips curve upward- it reminds her of the soup their mother used to make. in a lot of ways, Shoma reminds her of their mother, though. he looks more like her than Kanba does, and he does things that she used to do, to start with…]
