So today is the first day of this of this crazy cleanse! I’m going to take pictures and weigh my self today so we can see how this all pans out. I drank my tea last night and this morning I drank my 2 bottles of the saline wash (sea sat and warm water.) Let me just tell you that, that shit is gross.. I wanted to gag.
