RULES₪ You may respond to the prompt with: 1st Person Stage Actions (comment spam), 3rd Person "action!log" or prose.
₪ If you are applying with a friend, you both may log with each other in one thread for consideration on a decision instead of logging with an NPC.
₪ You may, also, log with another applicant if their thread has not been responded to yet. All decisions are based on individual posts and not the log/thread as a whole, so please do not feel you are jeopardizing chances for someone if you decide you would like to interact.
₪ If you prefer, you may request to interact with a PC versus an NPC.₪ Please note, all interactions are not game canon, merely demonstration of RP ability.
₪ Minimum comments required for consideration: 7 first person/short action!log (stage actions), 3 prose or prose-style action!logs. "✄ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
PROMPTYou move up the snow-covered steps to the cathedral, (uncertainty/determination) in your pace because
(you're afraid/you're wary/you're not at all expecting what's been promised).

But your attention isn't drawn to below you until you feel your feet sink, trudging into a puddle sludge that tries to stop you dead. You stumble, tripping forward and realize it's a shallow pool of blood drowning the floor from sight. Whether you gain your balance or not doesn't matter, because someone is behind you then, grabbing you to steady your balance or to simply grasp at your shoulder and snap you from your momentary daze
(Are you okay?/What's wrong?/You shouldn't be here).
