I just put it in (please note, I have never used the crockpot before in my life; I always think that I should and then I think, "...but all the recipes are so _boring") and ohhh, man. I had a hard time convincing myself to rub the brown sugar/balsamic vinegar/mustard mixture onto the roast instead of just, y'know, licking it off my fingers.

I am excited!

It is really yummy, as long as you don't mind sweet. Also, the excess juices can either go on your rice or probably be used to marinade something else. YUM!

Sweet is good, especially when you add some sort of hot pepper to it--which I do with just about everything!
