Recipe: African peanut butter-chicken stew

When I lived in Texas I bought a big spiral-bound notebook with the university crest on it, and then didn't know what to do with it. I eventually decided it would be good for recipes. Yay, thank you! Funny, I was talking with someone the other day about how, when you get halfway through a jar of natural peanut butter, it starts getting really hard to mix/soften it back up, so what do you do? Maybe this is what you do!

Yeah, I find the natural stuff separates after a while and is rather icky for sandwiches. Definitely make stew out of it. In fact, I may add more than the recommended amount of peanut butter to my dovi...

I would LOVE this, but the hubs...not so much. He's not adventurous unless it's Italian cooking. THAT, he'll eat anything. Go to any other nations cuisine, nope.
