In other news, we received a ten-page Christmas letter. Single-spaced. I love my friends, but I think they need a blog, because I think about a year's worth of detail was contained in this letter!

That is a bit much. Though one hopes at least it was interesting. Mine come in at 4 pages, but I use 16 or 18 point type because I have a lot of older folks on the letter-receipt list. Highlights only.

Well... it had its moments. I asked rev_thumper "did you need to know that M was so busy at X event that he didn't have time for breakfast?"

This was your basic 12-point type. There were a few pictures, but... yeah.
