What's your goal? I've been on 1400 a day for a while now. Put that way, it sounds like a drug, huh?

Hey lady~
I'm still working my way into decent goals. Right now, I'm just watching what I eat and trying to stop eating when I'm satisfied. I'm also trying to stay under 1700 calories a day (estimated). Right now, I'm pleased with myself for being a "good girl" in terms of not having desserts at lunch. I think it's helping. Sadly, I never had any kind of a "soda habit" so quitting something like that won't do me any good. I think I may start (eep!) weighing myself next week. Not that I want to...
