I have to admit that today I'm at a bit of a loss for a topic. But it seemed as good a place as any to get some community feedback.

Is there anything you would like to see from this community? What could we be doing better?

I think the only real issue is participation. Speaking for myself, my problem right now is that I'm absolutely swamped at work, so it's all I can do to keep up with my fanfic. Even my ME comm participation is down. But that'll end come the end of October, at which point I'd love to start blathering about some of my ideas.

Ditto, this. I don't really know how to solve the lack of participation other than adding new members, and we wanted to intentionally keep this small. I know Turtle has been swamped with her move, and I just started a new job about a month and half ago that is eating my entire brain. I look at typing up stuff for this comm and it just feels so exhausting. I haven't written much in ages for a variety of reasons, most of the trivial and inexcusable. I'm hoping that once I move out of this damn basement in a couple weeks and get a better grip on work that I'll be more relaxed and motivated to write and participate.

I hope things pick up. I would be sad to see this die. :(

Oh, I don't think this comm will die anytime soon. I just posted because I did honestly want some feedback.

But of course, participation is always a hangup and there's little a community moderator can do about that. If people don't feel like participating, well, I can't really force them can I?
