All's Fair

We went to the 186th annual Topsfield Fair last night, one of the oldest agricultural fairs in America.  We saw the students' 4H exhibit, the bunny and guinea-pig house, lots of ducks and sheep and goats, sand sculpture, an oxen-pull, pig races, loud cows, beekeeping, knitting and quilting displays (perhaps our friend was convinced to enter a pair

Yes, my brother is talking about starting a hive - in Atlanta!! so when I go visit I'll get to see it up close. He already was showing me some honey he helped a beekeeping friend harvest. I'm pretty impressed.
