Yesterday I had my doctors appt at 11am, I was working from 6-3pm and was taking my lunch and go to the appt. The phone rang off the hook with customers on fire about their installs not to their liking. The screens that I was working on kept building up. My appt snuck up on me really fast, so I gave our mobile phone to our sales manager, Ray,
