Website Crashing Problem

Basics: Running Internet Explorer 7 on Windows Vista Ultimate SP 1. As for my level of experience, I use computers a ton, but have no experience fixing/troubleshooting.

Thanks for the suggestion. It does work a lot better, and all my websites are working. Plus, when I was using IE it was using about 60% of my CPU just to do simple stuff like check my email, and this is much better.
