Changes to Internet Explorer/Firefox searchbars (possibly a trojan?)

I feel silly posting twice in a row. -.-;;

Question/Problem: I re-installed ICQ and somewhere along the way it installed some German software I had to remove. It changed my Internet Explorer and Firefox settings to use it's own homepage (www.yodl.de/) amongst other things. Sounds like malware to me...
Try installing and scanning with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It seems to fix a lot of the things Spybot misses.

I actually managed to re-install Firefox 3.0.5 over top my current install (or perhaps it just repaired..) and it fixed. I found it was just my search assistant that needed repairs. However, I might try Malwarebyte's just as a pre-caution to make sure everything is gone.
