Huh, for a near-formulaic Adam Sandler movie, that wasn't bad. I have a feeling it was inspired by Paul Hogan (yes, Mick "Crocodile" Dundee) and Michael Caton (mad doctor from "The Animal", or if you venture into Aussie films, the dad in "The Castle") in the Aussie film "Strange Bedfellows".

Why do I think this? Well, place the plots together.

Sam's not a big-big star, but his work is solid and well done.
