I went out swing dancing on Friday night to a venue with a live band. There was a haphazard minimal lesson beforehand. Since there was a follow without a partner, I offered to help. I seem to be disconnected tonight. Even in my dancing. Don't really know what's causing it. Will likely just go to sleep soon and hope to wake up tomorrow with energy. No work until Monday. Plan is to do things around the house and take care of other things on my lists.
