Margaret has been looking for Pierce all over the camp, storming through every place she checks like a hurricane. By now, everybody knows about Frank's arrest and, realizing its implications, run away when they hear her approaching.

Her thoughts are anything but coherent right now - she sees only red and black, and keeps on reliving the moment when the MPs came for Frank, accusing him of stealing a general's jeep a few days before. Poor Frank claimed his innocence, but the MPs were unmoved by his tears and pleas. Margaret couldn't blame them for this - after all, they were doing their job.

She does, however, blame Pierce. Who was at Kimpo the day the jeep disappeared - and went there against direct orders, to add insult to injury? And who left the mess tent when the MPs took Frank away?

Radar's eyes widen, and he backpedals.

Hawkeye, meanwhile, is far less intimidated. "Why, Margaret, I'm insulted. You should know better than to jump to conclusions."

"Jump to conclusions? You went to Kimpo! You stole that jeep! You brought it here!"

With every "you," Margaret pushs Pierce with her hand so violently that he takes a few steps back, entering inside Radar's office again.

"And you ran away when the MPs arrived."

With a last push, Pierce falls sitting on the desk. Margaret crosses her arms and looks at him, her eyes filled with rage.

"Look, this is all a misunderstanding - a simple mistake. We forgot where we parked and took the wrong jeep."

Radar averts his eyes, privately marveling at Hawkeye's ability to lie so smoothly. He knows if he tried the same thing, he'd give himself away in an instant.

"Radar will put in a call to headquarters, and we'll explain the whole thing. We don't need to get our Army greens in a twist."

Radar has already started dialing.
