Did anyone else see this amazing easter egg via Gawker via Reddit?

I noticed the Beetlejuice references each season, but I can't believe I missed the man himself making an appearance.

Can someone explain to me what an easter egg is when it comes to TV? :3

An easter egg is when the cast/crew/writers/etc. stick in a little something special for the fans to discover.

Using the above example, the word 'Beetlejuice' has only been said three times throughout the entire series - once each season. And, according to the movie Beetlejuice, when you say the titular character's name three times, he appears. In the last clip, look over Annie's shoulder right after she says the word. Beetlejuice, the character, casually walks through the library behind her.
