watching the fans interact with them was precious, Donald not being there was expected but really unwanted. I'm glad Shirley is getting explored more and lol at Alison+Ken. I love that Gillian, Alison and Yvette all want more driven versions of their characters because it was kind of annoying to watch them just squabble most of their screen time away in season 4.
Also Gillian's dress is super cute.
And I hope that the pressure to produce a good season brings about the best episodes of Community ever.
It makes me angry that Joel and Donald didn't show up for this. I hate it when actors are too busy or important to support the very media that made them successful. ARGH.
Joel has been there every year. The only reason he missed this year is because he's filming a movie on the other side of the country. He filmed an intro for them, which is still beyond the call of duty.
