At first I thought this was a burn off, but if that were the case, they'd be moving it out of sweeps, not the other way around. Plus, like this TV Line article suggests, it might be more about pushing Awake back.
By this point they will already have announced whether or not Community will be back for a fourth season... but it's just such a weird thing to do. I'm assuming they just want to free up that air time for whatever they have coming up next, but I feel like they're doing Community a disservice by lumping three episodes in one night. Most people (not the die-hard fans, but regular fans), will not sit down for three episodes of the show in one night. They'll watch one, maybe two, and DVR the third and get to it when they get to it.
I'm probably alone, but what bugs me the most is that episode 321 seems to air after episode 322. Introduction to Finality really sounds as a season finale, and all the spoilers regarding that episode pointed out in that way...
Neil Goldman said to me on Twitter that, speaking in terms of production codes, Intro to Finality is 321 and Digital Estate is 322. They were shot out of order (and that was clear, since the feud between Chevy and Dan regarded the last day of shooting, and they were shooting the tag for Digital Estate).
Nonetheless Neil added that Intro to Finality IS the season finale, so I still think there's some kind of mistake. I asked him if that's the case and if they're fixing it.
If you read the full material available, I think it is a good sign. Sweeps ratings end May 23rd, which would have been a day before the original two episode Community finale, by moving them up, all the Community episodes fall in Sweeps ratings. To me, this is an encouraging sign.
