That's probably the worst way to start a conversation with a young Remus. He really guards his secret very carefully, and he'd be horrified if anyone asked him about it, even with a wrong thought like this. I mean, he freaked when his roommates told him they knew, imagine how much it'd bother him if a Slytherin a year younger did? :/
