Did they switch Taras after the pilot?

I saw the first episode quite some time before the rest of the series. I love Tara. She's really cute and deadpan.

I'm not a huge Ginsberg fan, but that web site you downloaded the workshop from looks fascinating - I'm going to have a good delve through it.
