This is REALLY "strange"...

I'm just in the middle of watching the PILOT for "Common Law" in German TV and SO far there have at least been 2 (!!!) scenes that haven't been in the "original" version *I* have seen...

and since I just re-watched the pilot and episode 2 yesterday I KNOW what I'm talking about...

I guess, that would be "deleted scenes" in the origial version, but I find it kind of strange that "we" get them and viewers in the USA didn't... O___O

Or was I "sleeping" during this scenes?

[What the scenes are about, but I wouldn't consider that as a SPOILER, but who knows...]
One scene was with the reporter... Travis was riding home on his motorcycle and when he came home, there she was... and she was asking him out for dinner, and of course about the case and everything but Travis DID NOT say anything...

In the "original" version, we did NOT see that, I'm sure of that... in the "Original" version, we didn't know first whether Travis has talked to this reporter lady or not... right? OR did I miss something?

And the other scene was with the ex-girlfriend of the victim... I can't recall exactly what it was about, but I didn't know the scene either...

The episode is still more than half an hour, so I don't know if there is any more to come, but well... Quite good I watched in German TV, huh? :D

Edit: The scene with Travis and his girlfriend - Ellen or something like that was her name, I think - is also waaaaaaaay longer than the original, and Travis is even talking some spanish and such... so it's definitely a lot more in this episode :D I love it :P

Edit 2: There is also a scene where the father and the brother of the victim meet their grandson/nephew, also a scene I didn't know before... :)

type: question, type: episode reaction, type: discussion
