As you've probably just been informed, you are being reassigned to the still-under-construction Starbase 69, under my command. I would like to formally extend my welcome. I've read your transcripts and service record, and believe that you are extremely well-suited to the position of Head Nurse on the Starbase. Additionally, your personal experience with cross-universal travelers from serving on the USS Enterprise will doubtless be of material benefit to us.
