You can request the supplies. Pretty sure you have to just buckle down and put the work in for fixing it by yourself, though.

Pretty much is, without there being carpenters and other sorts as can be hired to do it.

Probably some around who'll pitch in, though, if you ask nice. Usually are, around here.
