White Collar, Pete + or / Neal (+ or / El), 30% of the population is born with powers, and until recently people were labeled potential hero or villain based on the destructive ability of their powers. Peter knows Neal's power has a very high rating and kept him out of law enforcement, but not what Neal's power is. He is moved when Neal demonstrates his power for Peter. Neal is incredibly powerful, but he's only ever used his power to create secret works of art that Peter finds breathtaking.
