Evan opened his door, still yawning, and glanced at his watch. Any moment now his team would come trotting through the corridor, and he'd join them on their morning run. Since he was Air Force and they were marines, he wasn't assigned to the same living section, but at the end of it all, they'd run about the same distance (Evan wasn't about to let a bunch of marines out-run him, because he despised Chair Force jokes ( ... )

Sheppard let out a strangled sound that might have been a laugh but turned rapidly into another cough when Weir fixed him with a sharp look.

Evan was reeling. "Wait, I don't understand. Ronon's interested in me?"

"So the Wraith head would indicate," Weir said.

"But...but I'm...short," Evan said lamely, because none of this was making sense.

McKay cracked a grin, which he quickly smothered.

Zelenka raised his eyebrows, unimpressed.

"Not that you're short," Evan said quickly. "I just - I don't understand ( ... )

That was great! No wonder Evan freaked out when he saw Ronon's offering XD I absolutely loved Teyla's and Sheppard's reactions. And the ending was so good. I loved it.

Ronon/Evan is my OTP for SGA, but not many people write for this ship - so thank you so much for the fill <3

Ronon/Evan isn't really my ship, but I saw this and I just couldn't resist. The image of kitty!Ronon dumping a dead mouse on Evan's doorstep wouldn't stop plaguing me, and this fic happened. Thanks for an awesome prompt.

Ha! So funny! A Wraith head is such a perfect Ronon gift. Love that he won Evan over (it was the paints, wasn't it?). Love John and Rodney cracking up over the whole situation, and Radek taking umbrage to the short thing.

Basically, this is awesome. ::grins::

Like I said, the image of Ronon bringing dead things to Evan's doorstep like a cat just wouldn't go away.

And it was totally the paint that won Evan over. He's such a softie.

You wanted fluff, and this was kinda fluffy, Wraith head aside, right? Evan got the guy.

Ha! Poor Evan finding the head, but I can just imagine finding a Wraith head on your doorstep. And then "I'm thinking, ma'am, that even though you're a civilian, you're akin to my commanding officer, and there are some things you cannot ask me, and there are some things I cannot tell you." because yessssss.
