"Is this a good idea?" Buffy asked, smirking a little.

Faith grinned at her, bared teeth. "B, life is short. Slayer short for us. Carpe diem, you know?"

Buffy rolled her eyes but grabbed Faith's hip, pulled her in for a kiss.

"Then let's hurry it along," Buffy said, and Faith laughed, throaty, almost a moan.
