Bones, Hodgins/Zack, first kiss

Hodgins was setting up a new experiment. A very legitimate and necessary experiment, to test a hypothesis that could solve a case. It had nothing to do with trying to piss helium off enough that it would explode.

"Pass me the duck tape," he told Zack, holding his hand out. When nothing happened, Hodgins actually looked away from their set-up. "Dude?"

Zack was frowning at him. The kid could frown like it was an Olympic sport. He had an entire stance exclusively for frowning.

Hodgins asked, "Are you leaving me hanging for a reason?"

Zack frowned and stared a few seconds more. Then he said, "Hold still."

Hodgins straightened his back. "What?"

"Hold still," Zack repeated, holding onto Hodgins' shoulders
