Christian is laying on his stomach on the floor, clad in only a pair of shorts. His wings are beating lazily above him in a futile attempt to cool himself down; sweat trickling down his feathers and down his back.
He sighs again, a growl in the back of this throat as he repeats for what feels like the millionth time that afternoon that its 'hot as fuck' and only April.
Steve chuckles as he wanders in, points out that all Christian is doing by beating his wings is stirring up the hot air. He laughs as Christian lifts his head long enough to flip him off, then grins and professes undying love when Steve chucks him a cold can of beer
