Nose bleeds

Sat on the bog at 4:30am and suddenly without warning I suffered a fairly heavy nose bleed. I managed to quickly grab some toilet paper to staunch the flow, which lasted about ten minutes. More alarming is that this is my second nose bleed during the last ten days, probably the first since I was a child. My medical centre has been closed for
