So, I currently working on another big bang, and is it possible to create another fic from the same series for this one?

It would be probably a prequel to that work, but whole in itself. The other possibility is a sequel, that too would be whole in itself.

if not that's ok, it's just so I sign-up with more certainty.

Yes, as long as the focus is on Marvel characters.

What about using a WiP (or expanding an old story)? If that's allowed, what are the word count requirements (min new words/max written words)?

WIP is fine as long as you haven't posted it publicly. The word requirement is still the same.
