Re: X-Men Legacy, oh my god I'm so done reading this until Rogue drama just goes away. Also it appears to be time for Magneto to get magically de-aged again. Also also the X-Men writers keep making people even more retarded powerful than they already are, and it's starting to get extremely annoying.
AMERICAN VAMPIRE #1: I picked this up because of the gorgeous cover coupled with one of the writers (or creators?) being Stephen King, and boy I wasn't disappointed. There are two short stories in here, and they're definitely connected. As the title would imply, it's about vampires in America, but the most modern portrayal we've seen is 1920's America. The majority of this issue takes place in 1880, and includes a really interesting (and badass) cowboy character who picks his locks using a peppermint stick. The art was also gorgeous, so I'll keep picking this up.
GREEN LANTERN CORPS #46: I haven't actually been keeping up with the Blackest Night saga too much, but instead I buy issues that have interest to me. This one's interest is in the cover, because as soon as I saw Guy and Tora I went ":(". BUT MORE HILARIOUSLY, GUY IS A TREKKIE LKAJJKL:ASKSA:JK:SA but mostly I was just like ":(" because Guy and Toraaaaaaaaag
BOOSTER GOLD #30The art looked really weird in this, but omg!!!!! Old Booster! And we even get Rip's mom mentioned,
( ... )
SIEGE #3 OH MY GOD I TOTALLY CRIED A LITTLE WITH THE WHOLE 'AVENGERS ASSEMBLE'! so happy. also yeah, Obama backs Cap. also yeah, FUCK YOU NORMAN. also yeah, Tony Stark calling Speed 'son' so cute also yeah, I'm going to have nightmares of Sentry/Void for the rest of my life.
also, YOUNG AVENGERS: SIEGE OHMYGOD YES.
Dark Avengers #15 *Runs around screaming* SO EVIL also, Ms. Marvel is an idiot. Seriously.
