"Stay, darlin'. It's okay. I'm comin' back t'bed," she assured him, her voice hoarse from being repeatedly sick. She set the glass of water on the bedside

Jason rubbed his hand over her hip and looked up at her. "What's the sorry, babe? You should've woken me, I told you that." He brushed her hair back behind her ears and studied her face closely in the soft stream of light coming through the cracks in the curtains. "How long have you been up for? Do you need anything? I can get you anything you need, it's okay. Don't be fooled by the chair, yeah? I'm pretty sufficient when I need to be. I just want to help."

"I just need to lie down before it hits me again," Taylor murmured and tugged the mess of covers back so she could help him get his legs back into the bed. "And I wanna lie down with you. I dunno really how long. Half an hour, forty five minutes maybe? Somethin' like that. It was just easier t'ride it out rather than runnin' back and forth."

She was actually shivering now and shudder ran through her body causing her teeth to chatter a little. She wasn't feverish but she was weak and shaky from the vomiting. "D'ya need t'take a wiz or anythin'? Here I am tryin' t'shove ya' back in bed when ya' might've been needin' the bathroom the whole time I was in there."

"I wouldn't know if I did," Jason reminded her with a soft smile. He dragged himself back onto his side of the bed and held the covers back for her. "I don't usually need to go 'til a little later, so it's cool. You're shivering, babe. Come on, I'll get you warm. Were you throwing up the whole time? Were you up during the night at all was this the first time since the stadium?"

Taylor crawled into the bed and curled up around him with her head on his chest. She sighed in relief when she felt him tuck the thick covers around her, but she was still shivering despite the Jason coocoon. "Most of the time. I didn't wake up once last night. I was so tired. I just felt crap again this mornin'. Mom said there's a lot of bugs goin' round right now..." Now that she was back in bed with him, she really didn't want to move at all. "Are ya' feelin' alright?"
