Feeling "beautiful" is fairly foreign territory for me, but I know I am at my most beautiful when my hair is matted and tied up high, my face is shiny with sweat, my back wet with other people's spilled beer, and I'm dancing to myself on the edge of a slam pit at a punk show

You are beautiful all the time. But yay for feeling it too. I think in general people don't live in their bodies enough and it is pretty important. I need to practise being in mine instead of in my head or higher.

Propagandhi sounds like they are awesome, I'll have to give them a listen.
