Until I find my little fitness log, you guys are just going to have to bare with me.

Start weight:132
Warm up: 2 laps around the track brisk walking
Work out: 15 mins. jogging on the treadmill, 4 mph
Cool down: 2 laps, walking
30 crunches

Goal weight: 120

you should totally play ddr, it's a good workout if you play it for like 20 min, i swear.

I totally want to play that sometime. It sounds like fun.

We're not going to be able to make it to Chicago this week, unfortunately. :( There's a snow emergency here...I don't even know how I'm going to make it in to work tonight. Hopefully we will get to see you again soon, though. Have a good time in Kansas. ;)
