[What better time for Sakaki to be wandering along with her Psyduck in her arms?] Ah -- Ayasaki-san? Good evening. [Akira takes her hand away from her head long enough to wave with a friendly "Psy".]

[Maru is following along behind her, and his eyes widen when he sees Hina. It's her! His hackles rise, but he doesn't move yet.]

*There is a brief pause as he notices Sakaki, mostly because whoooa she's taller than he thought. But he quickly raises a hand to return the greeting to the Psyduck and her trainer.*

Good evening, Sakaki-san! I had no idea you were in town, or I would of said hello sooner.

*Hina is not even giving regard to the Meowth yet, aside from a small glance, since she is oh-so-content to be in Hayate's lap.*

Hehe, yeah... That sounds about right for arriving in Violet! I was much the same. But it really is nice to meet you face to face! It's always a nice feeling to finally see someone you first met over the gear like this.

*Hina flicks her tail in response, before letting out a tiny huff. "Groowl Rowrl!" He's the comfiest spot there is.*

Mm, it is. The gears do make things... easier, though. [Somehow Sakaki is finding it easier to speak to new faces when there's that buffer of a video screen in between.]

[Maru just snorts. 'Sheesh, if you got attacked like this, would you even be awake enough to do anything about it?']

Hehe, yeah... Some people might go without human contact for days on end if they didn't have a gear!

*And Hina just lets out another huff. 'Anyone who was foolish enough to attack me now would immediately regret it.'*
