Glad to hear I'm not the only one concerned! We can only delete the comments and click the spam boxes :/

Yeah, the spamming is terrible. Unfortunately at this time all you can do is delete and ban the poster.

It's worst than ever these days, it's like a giant sex spam all over the place! I thought LJ was a rather quiet and safe place spam-wise, it doesn't seem to be anymore, or I was naive...!!

It feels like spam increased about 100000% after LJ opened its doors wide open to Facebook and Twitter, so ThANKS A LOT, LJ. grump

So much for some kind of privacy, which is the perfect illusion online, but that is not a reason for messing with us LJ...!

I tried to stay away from Facebook and Twitter and it's like you've got no choice anymore, we are all under big brother's wing, and as much as we know that, it doesn't mean it's pleasant to get reminded all the time...if all this ever make sense, well *sigh*

I hate the spam too. Had to report some smutty spam on one of the Firefly communities.
