So I went to see Viva El Paso today, which is a historical musical about the history of El Paso, TX, my city. I may be a bit biased, but it was one of the best I've ever seen. :D

I love my city. ♥ It has so much more character than people who don't live here give it credit for. It really takes strolling around the museums and monuments downtown and going to these types of shows to really understand the soul of the city.
One of the great things about Viva El Paso is that it's outside, in a natural amphitheater in the mountains. Lots of atmosphere, and last night was a beautiful night for the show, considering that it's monsoon season and it's usually raining like crazy all night.
