I think he's suffering from dementia. I'm not kidding. The things that have come out his mouth (Katrina, Hugo Chavez, Dover vs. intelligent, and whatever else hasn't been publicized) have been repulsively sick and twisted.

After his death, it will probably be disclosed that he was originally diagnosed with Alzheimer's at the age of 60, while he was running the country.

nik_nik311 is a kindred spirit from whom I was definitely separated at birth. She is a wonderful person. I was excited when I saw her post on your LJ. I like when brilliant minds cross paths.
