Graphic help?

To all the graphic makers out there, I need a little help.

How do I have to save a graphic in Photoshop that it's just the graphic, no background? Something like this one:

I think saving it as a .png or .gif file should work.

Save for Web und dann als png8

NICHT nur save as.
Ich hab nur die eng. Version daher weiß ich nicht wie das auf dt. heißt. Ist ein Stueck weiter unten.

I'd say to safe it as a gif. Saving it as a png works, but only in some browsers. Safest best it gif, I think.

I had the same problem as you--tried it in .png and.gif and it didn't work. :\

abyssinia said, you have to go to "Save for webs" (it's below 'save as') and then you save it there as 'png8'. It worked for me
