What a strange night/morning it’s been.

Our region got socked with some freezing rain last night - right around the evening commute time zone. I left a few minutes before 5:00 expecting it to be slow going. Sure enough, it was slooow and stop-n-go. I suspected I’d be getting home late.

What I didn’t expect was that my car would die on the road.

Thank you. I twas very good to get home. I guess it could have been somewhat dangerous -- like if someone came up fast behind me and caused a pile-up or something. But the ice made everyone slow down, so it was ironically to my advantage. Another argument in favor of living in the city, eh?
