I may have missed my window for falling asleep tonight. It's quarter to one and I think I will go through the orphan sock basket and make pairs.

I usually end up online, which means I won't sleep till 4am.

That's one of the things I intend to minimalize/reprioritize/do more deliberately. I need to set an online hour and not just drift.
