My pity for Mejane has essentially dried up. But the irony is incredible. Did she know what she was getting into when she signed up to be a dancetress? Would she have made the same choice if the she knew she would have to *hem* sleep around to be successful?
Her makeover scene is so cute! Kim is really growing up.
And WHAT THE HECK ... I DON'T EVEN- asdfghjkl; *deep sigh* So, if they are related, that makes Zee her... great great uncle? Say it isn't so! I like the way that you sucked the light out of the last panel, it fills me with dread.

Um, New Years? *Ducks* I catch a red-eye flight from O'Hare on the first. And then I have month of Spanish immersion and panicky econ majors in Guatemala. It should be fun, but I will miss the internet and running water.

A short chapter is much better than nothing at all. I was so happy when I saw that you had updated. :) I really really really really really hope that they are not related! That would be... not what I want for them. I've decided that Mejaine is not a bad person, she just doesn't know how to make good decisions, I think. I feel sort of sorry for her, but I think things are better the way that they are - Zaelem deserves to be happy with someone that he can rely on.

Yay! *claps* I thought it was pretty considerate of her to actually try her best to shut Zae of instead of continue giving him false hope. It's just too bad that she thought the paths they want in life are too different. And... I guess life has a funny way of twisting and turning. :)

I really really really really really hope that they are not related! That would be... not what I want for them.
I've decided that Mejaine is not a bad person, she just doesn't know how to make good decisions, I think. I feel sort of sorry for her, but I think things are better the way that they are - Zaelem deserves to be happy with someone that he can rely on.
