Tonight I had the privilege of watching Barack Obama get elected President of the United States of America.  I have never been happier. :D

Oh, country...if only you hadn't let all those nasty initiatives taking away rights of gay people pass, I could be completely and totally off the fucking wall happy right now.

I honestly cannot believe the response from people overseas. My mom stayed up until about 2 hours ago, and one of her comments was that it was just like New Year's Eve. :D

I'm totally disappointed in California, Arkansas, Arizona, and Florida. Having the Disney parks can't even help Cali and Florida now. :(

On the bright side, we can still say that we TOTALLY Baracked the vote! :D

I'm from calif and I voted in favor of gay marriage and I'm straight and less likely to get married than the fucking pope, so no one can accuse me of self-interest voting.
