Do you believe in 'body' memory? That a certain situation can jump you back to another? Have the same feelings after with NONE of the determining actions? I think I had a 'body' memory, and I still can't let it go. It's been since New Years. It worries me. Why can't it be a 'good' memory for once? I wouldn't mind reliving it then.

I am so sorry.
I'm sure if its anything like my "memory", it's aweful and all I can say, knowing that it doesn't mean much, but it's not happening again, it's over, and we have to keep reminding ourselvs that. At least I do.
