That's a really fabulous shot. He should have put his board upside down, though -- he's going to get sand in his bearings!

Thanks, and you're right about that skateboard! I took the pic with my pocket camera (Nikon Coolpix), wishing I had my better camera, and then thought of the potential for damage from the sand that was blowing about from the wind and was glad I left it at home. Hopefully he skated off into the sunset with no problems. ;)
