I have a long week and now want something warm&fuzzy - namely, Neal snuggling to Peter and Peter(reluctantly) let him. I don't care why - maybe it's for body heat, maybe they're sharing a bed for some reason and Neal turns out to be a cuddler, or he's loopy from drugs... Or even "Five times Neal snuggled to Peter" type of story, go for it. Major bonus points if story manages to stay gen. ^_^

Kate’s death, Mozzie almost dying, all those people with guns and power and grudges - they all left cracks in the mental and emotional walls that had protected him for years and sooner or later one dramatic event would make these walls crumble and leave the ex-con exposed, vulnerable, lost and in need of a friend who would stick with him no matter what and help him rebuild his world.

Yes!! That paragraph lifted this fic from delightful fluff (and I do love good fluff like this) to something with real depth and emotional punch. I think Neal *needs* something like this - not the near death experience, but the emotional release. I'd actually love to see it happen in canon.

COMPLETELY support your wish to write more!! ^_^ Gen (particularly father/son for me, hehe) snuggling fics are the best~!! Peter really is a softie, even if he won't admit it ;)

And this fill-in was SO amazing! The humor (that part about Hogwarts had me laughing out loud), the situation, the dialogue - ALL great! Poor Neal... but he had his friend there to comfort him, yay! :3

I look forward to any/all other installments you might make for this same prompt! :D
