Prompt/Request: Hagen, not Rachel, murdered David Siegel. Neal is directly responsible for Siegel's death.
Characters: Neal, possibly Peter, Hagen, others
I Would Like: I aways felt that it was a cop-out from the show for Rachel to be the murderer - whatever his reasons, Neal set a convicted killer free. I'd like to see the fallout for this.
I Don't Want: This is pretty depressing, I guess. Feel free to go wherever you want with it.
