After several virtual pep-talks and one in-person one, I'm feeling a good bit better. Although I've had to change my settings so only registered users can post comments, which is too bad; I had wanted to allow friends 'n' family who aren't on lj to post the occasional thought, but some stranger from New Jersey seems to feel the need to express

Yeah, said stranger was posting on mine a bit, too. I don't see what people have against saying their name. And with a stranger they could just make up a fake name, too. There is just some security, at least for me, in knowing that the person is really a person and someone that I could potentially hold a conversation with.

As for your being down? You're too cool to be down. I demand only up. No down. You will see... You and your ice fisherman skillz. With a z. You know you're awesome when you get a z.
